Samantha is wearing her high heel sandals with a little black skirt and tramples all over her slave on the floor, she steps all over him walking all over his body and twisting and grinding the sole of her shoe on his face whilst standing on his chest she then does some squatting motions on his body squatting up and down trying to hurt him that little bit more then her victim flips over and she tramples his head and does some squatting motions on that too.
