Imogen Steps on her victims head in a white pair of high heel shoes she uses all of her body weight on his head this girl does not care about the pain and damage she is doing to him she just looks down at him whilst he is in pain whilst shifting all of her weight on his head, she can see him suffer and squirming beneath her but she don't care, half way into the clip she changes her white high heels to a pink pair of high heels and resumes the trampling on his head.
