Suzy is really hurting her victim here in her peep toe high heel shoes, she stands on his head in a very short tight dress and finds a box on the fish tank containing a pair of hard platform shoes, so she places one of the shoes on her feet and stands full weight on his head with it knowing she is hurting him with that shoe she then begins to tease him verbally and laugh at his pain she then takes off the shoe and puts her original peep toe shoes on and continues to stand on his head.
