Diamond is impatiently waiting to be seen by the doctor. She has been waiting for a long time and her patience is wearing thin. She gets up to get another magazine. As she walks back to her seat, she unknowingly steps on a tiny person. As she sits back down, we see the tiny person stuck to the bottoms of her heel. She sways and dangles in her black shoes still unaware of the tiny man. She decides to take her shoes off. As she does so, we see another tiny man.
