Kookie needs money and Step-Dad isn't answering the phone! Step-Dad has been shrunk and fell into Kookie's shoe. She finds him and thinks he's just another one of her little brothers' toys. So, she keeps him in his shoe and tries to break his tiny body in half! (some sound effects)
