Angie and Hali have both been waiting for hours to get seen and get their prescription. They are dressed up with white heels and flats on. They light up a cig and strike up a conversation. They talk about how good it is they can smoke in the waiting room and how they get their pills each month. They wonder where everybody is though. They have seen people go in, but no one comes out.
