Roxie picks him up and takes him to the couch. She says she's going to give him one chance to live, and if he can get past her toes. Roxie easily slides her feet up and down the couch in front of him. "It's not fair," he says, but Roxie only laughs at his misfortune. She keeps her soles in front of him, and he eventually loses and Roxie says it's time to stomp his tiny body. But looking at him so helplessly, she laughs and sticks him back in his tiny cage.
