Step-Mommy Jill finds her tiny bug sized step-son on the floor again. She confronts him of his bad habits because he always sits on the floors to look up the girls skirts! She has to teach him a lesson somehow right? She puts him in her petticoats and bounce him up and down like she did when he was a baby. She tells him he has to stay in her petticoats now,but he escapes. Jill ends up finding him again and stomping him out.
