here is a great clip of "miss anita" & "miss bridgette". in this clip, "miss bridgette" is sitting in the tickle chair. while she sat there, she had her legs & wrists bound up. once she was bound & could not move her legs, it gave "miss anita" the golden opportunity to tickle her armpits, legs & stocking feet : )
