It’s the turn of another new recruit to report to the marshal, to be severely punished. He is new and straight and has never been touched in this way by another man, and so his ordeal is doubly uncomfortable for him. However he must dutifully submit too and receive a painful punishment training consisting of among many things a spanking by hand while laying over the marshal's knee. The recruit continues to submit to his first ever punishment with the him getting an even more vigorous and painful spanking by hand, while standing and holding his hands behind his head.
