Lukas the soldier has to report to the marshal for his assigned punishment. Lukas receives a barrage of very painful swipes delivered from the marshals leather strap. His punishment progresses with the strapping starting with his shorts on and progressing to him ending up bare assed. For good measure he is also given a hand spanking by the marshal.
