Mickey has been performing his running events too slowly, so the master has decided to teach him a lesson. Mickey is first punished with a short leather strap on the soles of his bare feet, all while he stays in the wheelbarrow position, afterwards Mickey gets to receive a vigorous hand spanking while over the master's knees. The master continues to punish Mickey with another short leather belt, again on the sensitive soles of his bare feet, after which he receives again another hard hand spanking on his already sore butt.
