Vasek is punished with the cane for the first time in his life. He is tied to the bed by his hands and feet and punished with the cane on the soles of his feet (bastinado), and then on his bare ass, causing him to cry. Next the Master who is still not satisfied decides a new session of punishment is in order for Vasek, he is again tied to the bed by his hands and feet and then severely punished this time with the riding crop on the soles of his feet after this he is then spanked once again on his bare ass by hand, all whilst he is crying continuously.
