Two miscreants from a rough area of Liverpool have been sent to a reform school. They have been reported by the Head girl for larking about in the Headmaster's bedroom. They are going to find out the hard way about the school's disciplinary policy. A sound spanking and a thrashing with the cane will bring them into line.
