Dave Prentiss, a TV host on Norfolk Knights, a cable TV broadcaster, is rehearsing for his controversial late night show Hots Shots which this week will be on the subject of corporal punishment. His two female guests are not taking the subject, or Dave, seriously and he becomes so enraged he is soon giving the pair of them bare spankings and one a real taste of the cane much to the amusement of the crew.
