Belle has been a very naughty school girl, she has brought alcohol to school. Headmaster Wackford calls Belle and her step-father to his office for a "meeting" which of course includes discipline. It's clear that Belle is not getting proper discipline at home, so headmaster is going to have step-father spank Belle over his lap and then he gives her 6 strokes of the cane.
