In Part 2, the tables have turned! Doctor Sarah, once humiliated by Matron, now takes her revenge on student nurse Matilda. A small mistake with a hot water bottle earns Matilda a scolding, a spanking, and a dose of humiliation. But that's not all, Doctor Sarah brings Matilda to Matron for even more punishment. Doctor Sarah orders Matron to spank Matilda, and then takes it upon herself to belittle Matron. Meanwhile, Matilda is torn between glee at seeing Matron get her comeuppance and anger towards Doctor Sarah's cruel treatment. As the punishment unfolds, Matron's unorthodox teaching methods are revealed, including a humiliating writing exercise that leaves Matilda's bottom burning.
