Scene 1 sets the stage for this 5 scene film of yet another two naughty girls receiving Strictmoor style discipline outside of the academy. Helen Northwood and Gilian Smith are previous Strictmoor Academy students who had been misbehaving back at home and at their colleges yet again. Mrs. Frobisher had been asked to take them in on a course to get them back on the straight and narrow but she had her hands full with Janet and Annie, so she called Mrs. Jackson the former principal of Strictmoor to ask if she was up to the task. Of course she was. In scene 1, Mrs. Jackson gets phone calls and letter from each step-mother explaining their daughters misdeeds. She reminicnes of some of the last times she had disciplined naughty young ladies back at the Academy and knew that these two ladies would be needing some good attention over her knee. In this scene, there is narration and flashbacks to set the stage for this short film.
