Gillian (played by Rachel Adams) and Annie (played by Elori Stix) are the first to be punished in front of the class by Miss Wellbourne. They are called to the front of the class. It turns out that Annie was the one who bought the cigarettes. They are both put on the box and the backs of their thighs are smacked one at a time while the other writes lines on the board about naughty girls who smoke.
