Young Kitty has recently moved into the neighbourhood. She is a little younger than most of the other residents and has been causing upset with her late night parties. Like most young people Kitty can sometimes be a little selfish and intolerant of anyone else whilst conveniently forgetting how her own behaviour can impact on others.
