Another case for Judge Sarah Stern, called upon to sort out a dispute between the two arresting police officers Dilon and Mila and the prisoner Bella. The way the trial is going it could end up with them all getting some very red bottoms but in this first part of the film we see that Bella has been sentenced to a bare bottom spanking to be carried out by officer Dilon. She has to go over the uniformed officers knees for this humiliating spanking but what more is to come.
