Doctor Sarah Stern has called nurses Allesha and Molly into her office as there are missing from the ward. She questions them and they blame each other. The only way to get to the truth is through the application of a strict dose of pain to each girls bare bottom. They take it in turns to expose their bottoms ant take a severe paddling from the doctor. They are left to sort out who is to blame whilst nursing two very sore bottoms.
