I've gained a lot of weight and I need to lose it. So I started a diet. But the thing is that I'm still gassy. And I have no idea why. I was thinking maybe the junk food makes me gassy, But I don't eat it now and it's not much better. Just look at that, I can't stop farting while I talk about my diet. Seems like I'll never get rid of that gas.
