My nose is usually stuffed in the morning after I wake up and I need to blow it. This morning my voice is also changed so I need to clear my throat and I cough a little. I sometimes blow it with a napkin and sometimes I use only my fingers and blow really hard for better cleaning. And I'm also pinching my nose, because I feel there is something deeper, which doesn't want to come out.
