I'm on my period. It's already getting better and it doesn't hurt so much. But I have lots of gas, which I have to release. At some point I feel there is shii also and I start pushing. But it doesn't want to get out so I have to push really hard and I get tired. At the end I feel there was some small shii that I pushed.
