I missed my workout today and in order to stay fit I should not do so. I really needed some discipline. So I decided 50 strokes on my bare butt would work. And hence they did. I wear a thong and used a wooden spatula. That spatula hurts like hell. I give one stroke each side of my butt and still I barely made it to 50. I count the numbers, but at about the 20th I started screaming. You can see how red and sore my butt gets. I think I've never made it that red. And I had some bruises after that.
