I was feeling sad all day and I didn't know why. Now that I'm looking at it I think I had an anxiety attack. I was thinking everything is bad and it's never going to be fine. I cry a lot and blow my nose. I've been so sick this year, I've been sick more than half of the time. I can't work like that and this really saddens me. I just wanna feel better.
