It's summer and it's really hot. You should really drink lots of water. Just like I do. I drink as much as I can every day. Of course at the end I'm really full. I try to hold it for as long as it's possible as I hate losing time going to the toilet every 10-15 min. But eventually I give in and let it all out right there in my dark blue pants.
