Laying on the floor, I put two pillows under My lower back causing My tummy to stretch tight. I then stretch My arms above My head and alternate between having strait legs or bent legs. I then suck in as much as I possible can, causing My stomach to concave deep into My rib cage. I really suck in hard, giving one of the best concave bellies yet!
