I actually did about as good as 10 breaths. Perhaps I need to slow it down. I still think I did alright though. :) 3 breath holds. 1st at 1:12, 2nd at 1:26, 3rd at 1:58. I noticed when I slowed My breathing down for the last one, I went much further. More testing to ensue!
