I will have to say that it's probably not the best thing that my knees crack so easily. I'd like to blame it on getting older, but they have done this since I was in middle school. I've also realized I can't crack my knees while wearing heels! So I quickly kick those off and play on my phone while absentmindedly cracking my knees.
