Sometimes My teeth just need and extra good and long tooth brushing. Really working the toothbrush around in My mouth and making it all white and frothy. I even need to spit once to get rid of the froth I have created. Once I have gotten every inch of My teeth, I spit it all out. I then sip some water and gargle for a period of time (to where you can see in My mouth and the water bouncing around) and also spit that out. I repeat this, but in between the gargling, I take the toothbrush and give My tongue a good scrubbing!
