I'm really grateful for this suggestion, because I really enjoyed it! I am wearing a pair of high waist-ed jeans that I pull down to under my hips, while they are still buttoned up. This way, they really push into my hips, lower back and lower abdomen. On top of that, I wear a belt that I cinch really tight. This causes my hips, belly, back and overall muffin top to spill out over the sides of the tightness.
