I haven't done any outright breath-holding videos and quite some time. And I thought it was about time that I should! So here I am in this teeny tiny little blue bikini! And I am hyperventilating so that I can hold my breath for a long time. And I'll have to say, for not having held my breath in a long time, I do a pretty darn good job! I actually like that euphoric feeling of when you first start to hold your breath. it's like you're floating in another dimension! You should try it! It's pretty great! I get some pretty great stomach contractions at the end!
