So this clip is about the face... sneezing of course. Only using 1 chopstick, in 1 nostril at a time. And I'll have to say, the results are instant. I got this sneeze thang down hard! Insta-sneezes, I'm coining the term! I don't bow My head while sneezing, and keep it directly on My face. I also use a light colored gloss (if that matters for you). I remember when I couldn't sneeze at all. Now, it's crazy sneeze town!
