I have been working out lately and also been stressed. So I know a pretty good stretch to alleviate some of that tension. I put down two pillows and while wearing only a pair of panties, I stretch my back over them. It really stretches out my tummy and belly button. Boy that feels so good! I suck in my belly and stretch as far as possible! So much better!
