Oh hi there my big boy! You seem to really need to use the bathroom and you have issues with going potty in the bathroom. Well, I have thought of a plan. I pull out a pull-up and give it to you while encouraging you to put it on. Once you have it on, I start to then encourage you to go potty for m-om-my. I say it over and over, encouraging my little guy to go right in that pull up. Eventually, you go potty, number 1 and 2! Wow, what a good boy.
