This was a fun experience and it was also kind of like a massage for my lips. I went around my house and found cylinder-type objects (mostly makeup things), such as the heel from a high heel, to rub my lips on. I demonstrate each item up close! I rub it over my lips to start and then make an O shape and a square shape and rub the item between the opening. I will have to say that my favorite was a pen, shaped like a unicorn, because it had bumps. It was like it was ribbed for my pleasure.
