I've decided to challenge myself with this breath holding clip. My plan is to take about 5 breaths and hold for as long as I can. Once I can't anymore, I will release and immediately take 10 breaths and hold again. The process repeats two more times with 15 and then 20 breaths. Each time I push myself to hold for as long as possible, squirming and face contorting as I try. My tummy contracts trying to get me to inhale, but I attempt to win against that as long as I can.
