I've decided to cycle through the different methods of hand/vein restriction that I know of. So far, I have hand, rope, robe sash and elastic. I restrict with one at a time, until My veins really pop out and I can play with them. Let's decide together which ones are the best for getting the most insane veins. Juicy popping veins!
