Check this out! An entire video dedicated to my puffy face! I do all of the following: I take huge breaths and hold it while pushing my cheeks out as far as they can go. I puff out one cheek and then the other. I take my fingers and push the puffed out cheeks to flatten them before puffing them out again. I puff and smile. Sometimes I take my hand and squish both of my puffed cheeks into a fish face, with a squish sound. I repetitively push out and suck in my cheeks. Etc! Enjoy!
