I decided to challenge myself today. By not only holding My breath on My back, but also on each side. I start on one side and then lay on My back and they the other side. I get as much breath into My lungs as possible and start to hold My breath in each position! I'll have to say, I'm quite impressed with My times as well! Really pushing it as hard as I can at the end and getting some nice stomach contractions as My body tries to the air back into Me!
