I have a pretty good technique for getting farts out of me when I am painfully bloated. And I am painfully bloated today with gas! So much that you can see my stomach sticking out further than normal! Sitting directly on the floor, I press as hard as I can with my fists/hands and also massage, causing the farts to expel from my body. There are so many too! I also use my jeans as a tool to push the gas out. If I lean forward the jeans press into my tummy in such a way that it helps the fart navigate it's way out my bum!
