Lately, I've been hearing a lot of My haters talking! They are such boastful haters too. No one is better than ME!! No one! Ugh, I'm so angry and frustrated. There is only one way to cure My irritation. And that is to gulp loudly, in a cartoon like manner. I tilt My head back and begin gulping. Over and over and over. Soon I realize that I am not calming down and start to gulp louder and harder. Eventually, I am able to calm down and sooth My aggression. Gulping works so well for Me!
