I start with my heels on and I start doing movements that make my legs jiggle. These include; Crossing my legs, both ways, and slamming my toe on the floor. Having my legs uncrossed and stomping my feet quickly, one after the other. Tapping my heels quickly, one after another. And spreading my legs wide while either alternating stomping my feet or tapping my heels. Next, I have no heels on and I repeat all the same movements. Yet this time, they are completely bare! My legs are also bare so there is nothing stopping them from jiggling oh so nicely!
