I wanted to share this habit I have with you! Whenever I have an itchy nose, I have a very specific way in which I 'scratch' it. The technique I use is to wiggle and scrunch my little button nose. Occasionally I scrunch up my lip and give a sniff. This is a fail safe technique and works every time! I wear makeup a lot, I developed this technique so that I didn't use my fingers to scratch. Don't want to scratch off my flawless makeup, now do I? I do it so much, however, that it seems it has become a natural habit of mine to take care of nose itches!
