I decided to do a series of different workouts. All body weight basic movements. So try and keep up. I wanted to see how many of these movements I could do in 6 min. In this particular part of the series, I do squats! Im actually very good at these and My butt and thighs look amazing when I do so. I count them and show you the number I got to at the end!
