You tease me about the makeup and how it made it so I didn't go in the water. To which I make up excuses for not getting in. Then, you claim that I didn't go in the water because I wouldn't be able to dive and hold my breath for a long time. I get super competitive at this and say that I can actually hold my breath for a really long time and that I just didn't want to mess my makeup up. You decide to challenge me on that statement, so I decide to prove it. 'You're so silly' I say and I go to start hyperventilating, before holding my breath. Once I can't go any longer, I let all the air out with a whoooosh. I think I've gone for a decent amount of time, but I also think that I can do better! So, I try again, 2 more times, really pushing it as far as I can go! Each round, my stomach contracts and tries to get me to breath and I end up really struggle to hold it, for as long as possible!! Assuming I've done better in those following 2 rounds, I tell you that I can do even better than that! I ask if it's cool if I lay on the ground to try again and you agree. Once on the ground, I give it 2 more goes, because I'm just so damn competitive! You end up being very impressed with my willingness to follow through with my statements and then me actually doing it. Finally, after the final breath hold and catching my breath, I decide that's enough and hopefully it was enough to make you stop teasing me!
