I take turns using one hand at a time and then both, digging my fingernails in and raking them across my belly. The red marks that follow are pretty glorious! They are a nice deep red, almost purple and they grace every part of my stomach. I even go on my sides a bit and I get all of my upper and lower belly. Doesn't this seem like something I should have someone for? I agree! Til then though, I have my nastily sharp little fingernails.
