One of My favorite positions to rest in, is with My arms above My head. Granted, sometimes I wake up with My arms resting, but it is SO comfortable while it lasts. Today, I am exhausted from filming all day and on My couch in My favorite position. The stretching of My arms causes My tummy to concave and vacuum in! I've been working out and eating great so the concave is pretty deep. Stretched out so lovely with a concave belly to look at.
